The environment for such infrastructure consists of the existence and location of existing ports, suitable locations for storing the large components that make up a wind turbine so that they can be stored before their assembly at their final installation location, as well as provision for their maintenance.

The current wind turbine technology involves the blades, floating platforms, and anchoring of the device, which determines both the type of wind generator suitable for a new investment and the design and evaluation, beyond the individual devices, of an entire wind farm.
In this stage, FLOWIND is called upon to carry out certification calculations. Certification is a necessary process that allows for the insurance coverage of such a large-scale investment.
